        My Favourite Best Singer

   There are many singers I like, but my favorite singer among them is Chamara Weerasinghe. 

Chamara Weerasinghe was born on 21 April 1981 as the fifth child of the family with 5 siblings. He has three elder sisters, one elder brother and one younger brother. His father was a tailor and mother Ediketiye Hewage Shikshitha Manel from Walgama, Matara was a housewife. His father died when Chamara was 11 years old.
He is married to Prasangi Weerasinghe and the couple has one son and one daughter.

His first song was called "Gammedde". This song can be considered the beginning of his musical career. It was an important path for him to become popular.

He sang popular songs: Dakuṇē Pin Athi, Aetugala Vehera Vadina, Væl Doḍam Malak, Kiri Veheraṭa, Kandē Vihārē, Sonduru laduni, Sitin Vitharak, Amāvakaṭa Atha Vananā, Bæddaṭa Sanda Wage, Sandaṭa Sanda Eliyaṭa, Budu Padavi Pathāgena, Sudu Sadun Malaka, Oya Susum, Thanuva Ahimi, Uḍavæḍiyā Malak, Madunāgala Ahasē and Thaṇamalvila.

He has won SLIM Neilson People’s award for most populer of the year.

He was nicknamed "Hadawathe Gayakaya" because many of the songs he composed touched people's hearts. Also, people listen to his songs with great pleasure for the meaning and sound of his songs.And also He also sang the theme song for the recently released film "Father".

                      Rapunsal   My favorite story is "Rapunzel". This story is a very beautiful, loving and mysterious fairy tale. Rapunzel is a princess wearing a long golden dress, a beautiful dress that is trapped, a princess who is locked in a high tower by an evil woman. The main theme of this story is courage, love and freedom. Even when Rapunzel was in the poisonous tower, she wanted to be free someday and explore the world. Her long golden hair helped guide her to freedom, support her and help the man she loved express his love. I like this story because of the message of love and dreams.
